· back wrapped sundress can be sleeveless or with short puff sleeves
· skirt, with optional purchased trim, is gathered into bodice with back v-neckline and button closure
· bloomers have elasticised waist and leg edges with purchased trim

This vintage 1970s Butterick 3099 sewing pattern has been professionally reproduced and printed to exact scale on certified carbon neutral white paper, neatly folded and comes with full original instructions, colour cover pictures, and a zip lock sleeve for protection against dust and moisture.
