Shipping policy

We exclusively use Australia Post.

We dispatch orders within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.

Wherever possible, we do our best to combine physical orders in such a way as to provide you with the best postage price and refund any difference over $1.00 AUD. Your refund will be issued via Paypal on the day of dispatch.

Tracking

For our International customers, all orders come with tracking. Tracking info will be sent with a dispatch note.

For our Australian customers, all orders come with tracking. Tracking info will be sent with a dispatch note. 

Estimated shipping times

Please note that both Australian and International postal services can be delayed. Delays can be caused by:

  • any customs delays
  • any public holidays in the departure/destination country
  • any industrial action by postal staff in the departure/destination country
  • any adverse COVID/weather/natural catastrophe events in the departure/destination country

North America: 2-8 weeks (normally 10 business days, if there are no delays)
Europe: 2-8 weeks  (normally 15 business days, if there are no delays)
Australia:  3-8 business days
New Zealand: 5-15 business days (if there are no delays)

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Peace of mind
Our international and domestic orders come packaged in high quality, waterproof, dustproof, resealable bags and semi-rigid envelopes.

Apologies

As a result of new import permit laws by France, Spain and Germany, we are no longer selling to these countries. Any other countries that adopt this law will also be excluded from sales.

Unfortunately, due to our remote location, both international and domestic Express Postage is not guaranteed and therefore, not a feasible option to offer our customers.
