Front buttoned blouse has back yoke stitched to front forming forward shoulder seams: view A, B, C with front pleats have sleeve variations and optional pocket: sleeveless View D has flaps buttoned to pleated pockets.
Pattern is uncut and factory folded. Envelope in very good condition with creases, some tattering in the corner edges and a store stamp on the front.
